Located in Mambajao, on the volcanic Camiguin Island, Puesta del Sol Beach Bungalows is close to all the major places to explore and close to many restaurants.  We are only a 5 minute walk to the White Island and Agoho Beach and just a short drive to the Camiguin Sunken Cemetery, Old Catarman Church Ruins, and Mount Hibok-Hibok. White Island

White Island is an uninhabited white sandbar located about 1.4 kilometres off the northern shore of Mambajao in the volcanic island of Camiguin in the Philippines. The island is generally horseshoe shaped, with boat access popular for beach activities, snorkeling & mountain views.

Tangub Hot Spring

Visit a volcanic spring that lives below the sea bed and provides the hot water at this completely undeveloped site. Water temperatures here fluctuate with the tides, from cold to warm to hot, depending on the source. A really good place for offshore diving and one of Camiguin Island's best kept secrets.

The Sunken Cemetery

After the eruption of Mount Vulcan in 1871, most areas of Camiguin Island submerged. This includes their public cemetery and the remaining proof were some ruins and tombstones underwater. A white cross was built at this location in 1982, but later it collapsed. Then it was reconstructed which is bigger than the previous cross.

Old spanish Church ruins

Historical landmark, The Guiob church is a ruined colonial Spanish church that survived Camiguin island’s devastating volcanic eruption in 1871, which wipe out the island’s entire capital.

Bura Soda Water Swimming Pool

Bura Soda Water Swimming Pool is the only soda water pool in the country which is filled with soda water. The volcanic springs of Bura fill two pools with fresh, clear soda water. Located in Bura, Catarman in the beautiful tourism island of Camiguin, the pool boasts a scenic beauty of fields and green rolling hills.

Mount Hibok-Hibok

Mount Hibok-Hibok is a stratovolcano on Camiguin Island in the Philippines. It is one of the active volcanoes in the country and part of the Pacific ring of fire.

The Ardent Hot Springs

The Ardent Hot Springs are one of real highlites on Camiguin Island! They are located only 10 minutes or 4 km by motor bike from the tourist beaches in Agoho and Yumbing, in the mountainside of the famous Hibok - Hibok Volcano, which supplies the hot and crystal clear water.

Tuasan and Katibawasan
Falls

Visit the Tuasan and Katibawasan waterfalls. Katibawasan Falls is a picturesque, 70-meter waterfall plunging into a swimming pool in a lush forest setting and Tuasan Falls is a popular waterfall cascading amid greenery into a clear blue pool of water that draws swimmers.
